Now is your chance to not only get all the great items you want, but to do it knowing you are helping support our organization and mission. Our primary focus via this auction is to raise funds to support ongoing art programs, including interactive projects with schools throughout the U.S.A. that will include a very exciting publishing project of "Suitable for Framing" coffee table books and videos, that will showcase the creativity of "kids of all ages" by a "mash up" of Words of Art (poetry and short stories) and Works of Art. When published, these collectible treasures will be donated to participating schools to enrich their ability to merge one of those "Three R's" with new incentives for creativity and expression via art!

Leading by example, although the Art4good Foundation itself is a Non Profit Public Benefit Corporation in it's own right, we extend our mission to include other viable charities.

Why?

As explained in The Back Story, it is our intent to continue, via art sales, continual donations to varied charities that were supported by Betty Busig and her daughters, Wendie Busig-kohn and Linda Lingner.

But there is another reason!

In consideration of the statistics and research provided by resources including but not limited to the National Education Association (NEA), Artists are not only in one of the lowest income earning brackets in the U.S. but there is a consensus of opinion about visual artists that is not entirely flattering.

As the trend of philanthropic identity among Musicians, Actors, Athletes and Brands has increased, we hope to inspire more and more visual artists to realize the benefit of 'giving back'and 'doing good'.

To this end, via this website and through extended participation in on-line Charity Auctions, we will begin by supporting our Featured Charities, donating 25% of all sales resulting and continue to create and expand opportunities to "Inspire Change With Every Brush Stroke!"

In tandem, via The Artist In You projects, we hope to encourage everyone to discover, explore, and celebrate creativity, it's benefits for health and well being and its purpose to serve to erase imaginary lines of communication. Art speaks a universal language, interpreted in a subjective manner, viewer by viewer. Art is important to everyone, and we hope to extend, enhance and engage more and more people throughout the world to become a part of our growing Global Community!

Our mission is to "Inspire Change With Every Brush Stroke!" We support a multitude of social media programs offering opportunities for kids of all ages to express themselves creatively!

We will be enabled to donate our support to a multitude of worthy causes via our art collection sales and auctions, and our staff and volunteers can continue our growing public outreach and massive following of like minded people.

100% of net proceeds (exclusive of actual costs of artworks made available here and costs of shipping and handling) are reinvested in projects that support The Arts!
